The exhibition "Tag der Forschung" (Science Day) in the shopping centre "City-Arkaden" in Wuppertal on August, 27th has the motto "Renewable Energy". The Institute for Polymer Technology will show light emitting diodes and solar cells based on organic semiconductors. Visitors can learn about these ultra-thin devices with the help of laboratory samples as well as of examples of first commercial products. A special attraction will be the demonstration of an easy way to prepare low-cost OLED devices in a live experiment. During this exhibition the LAMP project will be presented on a poster.
